I have seen most of the above. The thing is, do we exist to chase women or to do the right thing? I want a woman too, but I am not going to be a fool to get one. It is better to have been good, and never loved, than to have loved because you were never good. Stick to your principles and to hell with the women you can't have. Realize that the woman that will accept you is usually the better girl. Turning down less attractive girls and chasing only the 'hottest' women is going to foul up your life. Why? Because deep down you know it's wrong. It's unfair to the girl who really likes you, and it's disgusting to chase the girl that everybody else is chasing. Are we men, or animals? Sure, you may not get what you always wanted. Be a man about it. The ones who do get what they want, often realize that the women they got didn't want them, they wanted a jerk. And they got one! Don't be a fool. Do the right thing. Not because of what you will get, but because it's right. That is pretty observant. I have seen most of the above. I do agree with many of the points and 'being a nice guy' does suck, but I know too many guys who think that they have to be "a total douche" to get laid. Numbers 24-31 are great because I have been there and done that. I think that you are right on the money when you say that you can be 'too nice' to a girl. Balancing your output of nice and your receiving of niceties in return is very important in life, I am glad you are making that distinction today. I can only speculate why you made this list.
